I paid a premium for the latest edition, the 13th. Great transaction. Nevertheless, each new edition reproduced the same errors. When originally published, this decades old book had exercises dimensioned in inches only. I accept his book as an accurate representation of both his observations and views, and for that, and for his professionalism, it merits the four stars. The book focuses on CAM (complementary and alternative medicine) rather than biomedicine or Western medicine. This 139 page book is organized into 8 chapters. Chapter seven focuses on a “how-to guide to empty force. Chapter five covers the “martial arts, Tai Chi and Chi Kung.” “The healing power” of Tai Chi and Chi Kung is explained in chapter six. The cover of "Street Lights of the World" caught my eye. Together with Harry Caldwell they look for and savagely hunt roe buck,
