Mimi Farrelly-Hansen, artist, art therapist and licensed professional counselor, is founder and current adjunct faculty member of the Art Therapy and Transpersonal Counseling Psychology program at Naropa University, Boulder, Colorado. It provided me with the game plan and motivation I needed to finally get myself into better shape.This book contains a plethora of information and tips that are both simple and effective. it is full of the wisdom of so many gifted therapists.. I much preferred the dynamic personal narrative of the earlier book.. I found that to be deceiving and very strange .. "Weight Loss Walking" is an extremely helpful book. Let's see, 1/2 cup cooked rice is 100 calories, 2 oz shrimp is 60 calories, 2 oz scallops is 52 calories - whoops, already at 200 calories without adding in the remaining ingredients! We cut the rice serving in half to keep the calorie count close. This book needs to be in every Reiki practitioner and Master's library. No book short of Lloyds Register will list all the world's merchant ships yet this effort covers a portion. Among my favorites are the stocks and broths, like the jalapeno chicken, sesame vegetable, and ginger beef bone broth. This book explores the real potential
