A well-known speaker at international seminars and conferences, and the author of an earlier book on CM and more than 60 professional papers, she received her B.Sc. from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, her M.Sc. in Software engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. Her background includes seven years at the Software Engineering Institute.

There is excellent advice here on motivation, an excellent chapter by Ben Goldacre on what really happens in drug research, many provocative ideas. I bought this when my son was a baby, but just brought it out now that he is three. Thank God, we still produce them.
Craig Mullaney will serve well as "Exhibit A".
You should read his book.
And THINK about it.. The art work was not quite as good as I'd hoped. So much so, that despite I'm working with Access 2016, I purchased his 2013 book figuring and I was not wrong that it would help in a major way --it did. Hard times demand hard decisions from hard men.
