Lee Bailey and the "brainwashing" defense; but, he does not (for all his credentials) appear to have the legal expertise to appreciate all of Bailey's problems. Weaving Swedenborg's scientific philosophy with his spirituality in an engaging, informative, and insightful biography, Lamm makes accessible a very highly recommended and seminal contribution to Swedenborgian studies that will well serve to introduce a whole new generation of readers to a remarkable man and his astonishing contributions to science and metaphysics that are still evident and influential today.. As a 328 fan, I was a little disappointed that the 308 and 328 were combined into one chapter. I first read this book back in the mid 80's and I was captivated by the visual pictures the author weaves with her words. But if you want to create a desktop database file, forget using this book.
