For such a small book there is a lot of information presented,and I feel that the author or the editor should have gone into greater detail about the subtle body alignments that take place when you sink down into a good rooted posture.
If you're looking for a good basic book otherwise, this is the one for you. Also, the writing itself is very good.
I recommend this true crime book only to the most patient of readers who are willing to go through a lot of dross to get to the gold.. It came right on time, and was in beautiful condition..
